About Us - Care Philosophy
The mission of Orchard Park Health Care and Rehabilitation Center is to provide the finest quality health care, rehabilitative and support services to our residents and their families.
Our care approach is patient-centered and involves an integrated program of therapies that address the total well- being of our patients. For each resident, we create an individual care plan and assemble a care team that may include specialists from several areas. The goal is to design a course of treatment and therapy that best meets the needs of the resident.

Our New Look If you haven’t visited Orchard Park in some time, come see our newly remodeled front entrance. The new carpet, new furniture and new colors are cheerful and beautiful!
Community Outreach: PACE Classes Orchard Park is committed to helping seniors in our community stay healthy! That’s why we offer P.A.C. E. (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) classes at convenient locations in the area. Please contact us for exact dates and times!
